Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

As we are service providers, so there is no physical shipping of products. All you newsletters and research reports will be shared via email. Also an sms/ whatsapp messgage will be sent to notify the delivery of product/ service

2. Shipping Charges

There will be no shipping charges delivery of newsletter and research reports is only through digital means.

3. Order Processing Time

We process you membership request within 72 hours, if KYC data is fine and available with KRAs.

4. Delivery Time

For Newsletter – copy of the newsletter will be delivered before 12 noon on every Sunday.
For Research Reports – Research reports for the stocks will be shared as and when written. So is the policy for updates after results.
For Strategy Learning videos – Access to those will be shared as the KYC details are shared along with payment confirmation.

5. Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that the email address provided during enrollment is accurate. Also keep it updated with us in case of any change. We are not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete email addresses.
