The business is engaged in providing investment research and analysis services to individual and institutional investors across India.
Services are provided in strict accordance with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and all applicable circulars issued thereunder.

- Trading Pulse — Weekly newsletter covering key market updates, short-term trend analysis, actionable insights, and strategy videos. Priced at ₹4,999 per quarter.
- Model Portfolio — A curated, research-backed model portfolio built for growth and disciplined risk management. Pricing on inquiry.
- Algo Trading Strategies — Data-driven algorithmic trading strategies deployable on platforms including Tradetron and AlgoTest. Pricing on inquiry.
Fee Cap
The maximum fee charged shall not exceed ₹1,51,000 (Rupees One Lakh Fifty-One Thousand) per annum per family of clients, as prescribed by SEBI. This cap may be revised in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations, and clients will be duly informed of any such change.

E. Rights of Investors
- Right to receive research reports and recommendations that are unbiased and based on publicly available information.
- Right to seek clarification on any research report, recommendation, or service provided.
- Right to receive a written agreement (Research Analyst–Client Agreement) before availing any paid service.
- Right to know the basis and methodology underlying any research recommendation.
- Right to be informed of any conflict of interest that may affect the research output.
- Right to lodge a grievance and receive a response within 21 calendar days.
- Right to approach SEBI (via SCORES portal) or the ODR mechanism if the grievance is not resolved satisfactorily.
- Right to be informed of the SEBI registration number, validity, and compliance status of the Research Analyst.
- Right to know that the Research Analyst cannot execute trades on behalf of the client.
F. Responsibilities of Investors (Do's and Don'ts)
Do's
- Always verify the SEBI registration number of the Research Analyst before availing services.
- Read and understand the Research Analyst–Client Agreement and the Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) before subscribing to any service.
- Ensure KYC is completed before subscribing to any paid service, as required by SEBI regulations.
- Exercise independent judgment and conduct your own due diligence before acting on any research recommendation.
- Keep records of all communications, subscription agreements, and receipts.
- Report any grievance promptly through the grievance redressal mechanism.
- Visit the SEBI SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in) for unresolved grievances.
Don'ts
- Do not share your trading credentials, demat account access, or login details with any Research Analyst or their representative.
- Do not make payment in cash. All fees must be paid through legitimate banking channels with proper receipts.
- Do not act on unsolicited recommendations or tips received through unofficial channels.
- Do not assume that any research recommendation guarantees a profit or protects against loss.
- Do not allow the Research Analyst to execute trades on your behalf — this is not permitted under SEBI regulations.
- Do not subscribe to any service without a written agreement and proper receipt of fees.
